1) Where are you located?

Hill Country Texas—about 28 miles northwest of San Antonio—with sites in or around Bandera, Comfort, Center Point, Helotes, and Fredericksburg.

2) What does it cost?

Flat-Fee “Any 3” Hunt: $650 per paying hunter (total).
This includes a $200 reservation fee and $450 due in person (paper cash only) before hunting begins.

Bow Site Hunt: $350 per paying hunter
$50 deposit + $300 due in person (paper cash only) before hunting begins.

3) Can we split bag limits between people?

No. Each paying hunter hunts under their own harvest allowance. Bag limits are not split or shared.

4) Can we bring a non-paying guest?

No. No exceptions.
If you require a helper due to disability, we may allow one helper with advance approval, but harvest may be limited to one animal.

 5) Can we camp onsite?

No.

6) Is lodging close by?

Yes. Lodging is nearby. A common local option is Executive Inn near Comfort, TX (rates vary). Ask by text when booking for current options.

7) Do you have caliber restrictions?

No. Bring what you shoot best, especially for low-light conditions, and follow all firearm safety rules.

8) Can I rifle hunt all sites?

No. Some sites are bow-only.

9) Do you offer refunds?

No. There are no refunds. Reservation fees are non-refundable and non- transferable. Last-minute cancellations lose the deposit.

10) What is a re-hunt?

A re-hunt is a privilege we may offer when a hunter is skunked and follows all rules and waiver conditions. Re-hunts are at our discretion, based on availability, and require a deposit to reserve the date. Re-hunts are not “prime time” weekends and are not group/shared re-hunts. All re-hunts expire September 15 of that year.

11) What is the waiver?

A legally binding contract between the hunter and outfitter that must be signed before you are allowed to hunt. It includes standard hold-harmless and injury language plus site and conduct rules.

12) When does the hunt start?

Standard window is 2:00 PM to 2:00 PM the next day.
Do not arrive before 2:00 PM. Be packed out by 2:00 PM unless you have consecutive days reserved.

13) What about licenses?

All hunters must comply with Texas Parks & Wildlife laws and licensing requirements. Any violation can result in removal and banning from all sites. If you have any question about license or harvest legality, refer to the official TPWD guidebook.

14) What if I want to sponsor a minor hunter?

For our purposes, a minor is 14 and under. A minor hunt must be approved in advance and may be limited to one animal. We prefer each present person be a paying hunter.

15) How do I book a hunt?

Text 830-431-3968. We confirm availability, then you secure the date with the reservation fee.
Cash day of hunt (paper cash only).

16) Do you offer bow hunting?

Yes. We have a bow-only site. If you don’t like the stand, bring a pop-up blind you can manage safely.

17) “I’ve heard this is a scam.”

We understand people see rumors online. We’ve been operating for years, we require TPWD compliance, and we keep a large reference photo archive from past hunts. If you’re unsure, ask for references and do your homework before reserving.

18) “I’ve heard complaints about re-hunts.”

Re-hunts are governed by the waiver and are at our discretion. Certain behaviors can cancel eligibility (conduct, littering, tampering, dishonesty, etc.). Re-hunts also depend on availability and are not scheduled as weekends/prime-time group re-hunts.

19) What is your success rate?

We don’t give a guaranteed success rate because it’s not honest. Animals move when they move. This is real hunting. If you follow the rules, hunt appropriately for low-light conditions, and keep the blind calm, your odds improve. If you are skunked and you follow the waiver rules, you may qualify for a re-hunt.

20) What do I need to supply?

License, transportation, your own chair, red light/low-light gear, coolers, knives, and trash bags. Pack out everything you bring in. Do not leave unusable parts or trash onsite.

21) What is your availability?

We are open year-round for exotics (subject to conditions and scheduling). A reservation fee is required to lock dates.

22) This sounds too good to be true.

This is not a traditional luxury ranch hunt. It’s a stripped-down system designed to keep costs low. If you want white-tablecloth service, that’s not us. If you want a practical hunt with a reserved spot and straightforward rules, you’re in the right place.

23) How do we get in touch with you?

Call/Text: 830-431-3968

24) Do we need an ATV?

No.

25) Why did you send me pictures of a different site?

We manage multiple sites and large volumes of camera photos. We share photo collections as we can. Photos are not a guarantee, and we cannot promise a specific photo timeline for a specific site—cameras fail, animals move, and things change quickly. Your reservation guarantees a reserved hunt window and site, not a photo feed.

26) You don’t allow reviews—do you have references?

Yes. We keep a large reference photo archive and can point you to past hunters and public interactions. We do not rely on open reviews for a variety of reasons, including spam and bad-faith posting.

27) Do you have cleaning tables / cleaning area?

No. Clean on your truck. Bring trash bags. Pack out everything.
